GiftVoy sells anime-inspired phone cases, printed with artwork based on popular anime and manga characters, made to protect your phone every day.

Each case uses a PC + TPU build: a firm polycarbonate (PC) back for durability, and flexible TPU edges for shock absorption and an easier fit.

The artwork is printed and sealed under a scratch-resistant coating, which helps it stay clear and resist fading with normal daily use.

Standard is a regular protective case. Magnetic has a built-in magnet ring, so it works with magnetic chargers, car mounts, and wallet accessories.

Yes — the edges around the camera and front screen are slightly raised, which helps keep the lens and display off flat surfaces.

Yes, the button covers are shaped for each phone model so presses stay clear and responsive.

No, the cases are designed with a slim profile that adds protection without much extra weight or bulk.

The TPU edges have a soft, matte texture that helps improve grip, which can reduce accidental slips while texting or taking photos.

Select your exact phone model from the dropdown before adding to cart. Each case is made to match the model you choose, so the cutouts line up correctly.

The port opening is sized to fit the original cable as well as most standard third-party cables.

Yes, the Standard version works with regular Qi wireless chargers without needing to remove the case. For magnetic snap-on chargers, choose the Magnetic version instead.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and holidays).

After your order ships, delivery within the US usually takes about 3–5 business days, for a total of around 4–7 business days from the time you order.

Our order cut-off is 3:00 PM (PST). Orders placed before that time may begin processing the same business day; later orders are processed the next business day.

Depending on your location and order, we ship using USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow its progress.

These orders need extra artwork checks before printing. We may reach out to confirm details, and processing continues once that's sorted out.

Contact us right away at support@giftvoy.com if there's an error. We'll try to update it, but changes can't always be made once an order is in fulfillment.

Check with people you live with, neighbors, or common delivery spots first. If it's still missing, contact us with your order number and tracking details.

Yes, in cases like a pricing error, an item being out of stock, incomplete address info, or a possibly fraudulent order. If this happens, we'll notify you and refund the order where it applies.

Wipe it gently with a soft, slightly damp microfiber cloth. Skip alcohol, harsh cleaners, or abrasive pads, which can damage the print.

To install: line up the top of your phone first and snap the bottom corners in.
To remove: gently pull back one bottom TPU corner until the phone comes loose.

Avoid leaving the case in direct sun or near open flame for long periods — this helps keep the print and material in good condition.
